At Hall Of Flame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and fireplace accessories. If your purchase doesn't light up your space as expected, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items back into their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage to fragile home goods.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
